Arrived used, unit box cover off, glue so dry fell apart, seal upset!
Used. Box cover (fancier 3-sided cover) loose in box! Glue on 2 sides of the cover completely dry so the color cover fell off, in the shipping box. The product cover had a seal that is supposed to make it look real nice however the seal is peeled off and the side peeled up is so dry it no longer has anything sticky on it, so it’s very old. Then inside of the case that holds all the parts, none of the parts were covered in plastic which is customary when something is going to touch body parts. The plug-in and other attachments were not in the right location within the case. This is obviously used. Also the booklet had some wear marks on the top and bottom so we firmly believe this was a used item and very old if it was sitting on a shelf. Very disappointed how can you give something like this as a Christmas gift away??!!
