Broken and Buzzing
1 set of NUVOMED DIGI Ears hearing aids charger doesn’t work. The other set doesn’t fit and has a buzzing sound. After many emails and filling out the same information NO response from morning save but…Ticket #1713515 with “”we will contact you within 1 business day.” THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED! When I went online again, they gave same message with filing a RMA# Support Form, but did not give instructions on how to find such a form. We are now out $89.97.
My plan is to include all this back and forth emails and cancel our credit card payment.

I received a hearing aids and followed the instructions who charged them repeatedly and they will not come on. Tried to call the company no response in the telephone number and the website does not exist. Don’t bother this junk.
