Great Customer Service for a return.
The product was not what we had anticipated and we wanted to return. However, we were unable to unattach the battery to send it in it’s original box. Jackie, in Customer Service was very quick to respond and issued the refund.
I ordered 3 of these for Christmas gifts! Very hard to set up! I removed and bought me a Ring!
My brother and sister are still trying to set theirs
