Very unhappy with the amount of time needed for an item to arrive…18-20 days?? In addition to the wait time the item was delivered defective(the clasp needed for attachment was broken)…there was no way to hook the two pieces together. If the customer is paying a premium for delivery I would expect delivery and merchandise to be of the same caliber. Second time this has happened, three strikes you are out!
