The customer service was great. Unfortunately the towels didn’t work for me, the cotton came off on my skin. The customer service worked with me to refund my money.

The towels looked great when I unpacked them, but I washed them and they came out with pulled threads hems that were coming undone, it was very disappointing
Do Not Buy Unless You Want to Be Disappointed
I was supposed to receive 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 washcloths. I actually received 4 bath towels, 5 hand towels, and ONE washcloth. The one washcloth I received was frayed on one corner and hemmed with red thread on a gray washcloth. Quality is so-so. Nothing to write home about. My first and last purchase from MorningSave and Bibb Home.
Not delivered
It shown delivered in my email but there’s nothing in my front porch.
I’m still missing one bath towel from my order.
